So I feel like it has been forever since I have posted any sort of content here on the blog. Summer was great, but way busier than anticipated. It was so easy to lose track of time with everyone home every day.

And now that the husband and the daughter are back in school, I am still not quite out of the woods yet.

I am on a self imposed deadline to finish a creepy MG manuscript, which is way fun.

But that means that I probably won’t get back to posting regularly until the end of September. I hope to be back so I can do my spooky October poetry and talk about some really great books I’ve been reading lately.

So just know that I haven’t abandoned all hope. I just need a few more weeks of writing furiously.
